Em's cartoons

em.jpgem2.jpgThe LondonPaper is far from being a good newspaper but I don't feel to have to complain. Eventually it's quite nice, is for free and is delivered directly in my hand by the smiley LondonPaper boy outside the Imperial College entrance. Today he even wished me a very good weekend. Rare pearls of street kindness this days in London.

There are many reasons for reading the LP:

  • The horoscope that I always literally follow and that never fails
  • Everything you might want to know about Emi Winehouse and her hot nights in Camden Town, her hangovers and her fights against the lampposts.
  • The columnist and its more and bore poll (if I would be better in written English I would submit a column myself)
  • and ABOVE ALL the Em's cartoons. They are so funny, so realistic and sometimes so sarcastic that they give me a good laugh every evening on my way back home. They started to be published on the LP in November 2006 namely when I arrived in London. Nice coincidence, isn't it?

After that I'm usually off the train.
